Bahrain Kuwait Insurance has recently launched the first-of-its-kind service in the local insurance market named Pick Up and Delivery Bundle of Services‌ along with its Comprehensive Motor Policies.

The MoU for the new services was signed between Bahrain Kuwait Insurance and Gulf Assist, the service provider for the Pick and Delivery Bundle of Services.

As part of the new services, the customers car can be picked up from him/her and taken to the agent for its routine maintenance or to the Traffic Directorate for the annual traffic inspection and registration for a nominal fee.

For cars up to 4 years old, the annual traffic registration service will be provided without the need to pick up and customers car, through Bahrain Post Offices.

If the customer wishes so, he/she can make use of the replacement car service, whereby a rental car will be delivered to the customer while his/her car is being used for the services or any other reason.

For those customers who prefer to personally take their car to the routine maintenance, there is also the taxi service available, whereby a car will be arranged to pick the customer up from the agent (when the car is handed over) and drop the customer off at any place in Bahrain for a fixed nominal fee. When the car is ready, the taxi service can also pick the customer up from any place in Bahrain and drop him/her off at the agent.

Present at the MoU signing ceremony was the CEO of Bahrain Kuwait Insurance, Mr. Ebrahim Al Rayes, the General Manager, Mr. Waleed Mahmood, and the General Manager of Gulf Assist, Mr. Enrique Ballesteros, along with other executives from both companies.

These new services are promoted from all BKIC Personal Lines Insurance Centers located in Seef District,Diplomatic area, Riffa and Arad.
